Ahmed Bondok

CEO & Owner

Architect Ahmed Bondok, holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture, followed by a master’s degree in Urban Design and Regional Planning at Cairo University. With over 10 years of in-depth experience in architecture and design, he has remained dedicated to ensuring that the Archilines team stays updated with the latest materials and application methods in the field.

Ahmed Bondok began his career in design and project management during his military service. Over the course of five years, he managed numerous critical projects for the Armed Forces Engineering Authority, gaining invaluable experience in leading large teams and delivering complex projects under tight deadlines and at competitive prices. This experience inspired him to establish ARCHILINES in 2015 with a small team of three employees. Under his leadership, the company has grown significantly, now employing 25 staff members, in addition to contractors who started with 26 and have now grown to over 700. ARCHILINES has also secured substantial investments and established a prominent position in the fine-finishing and construction industry.

He focuses on implementing the ERP system to integrate all administrative, financial, and engineering processes into one platform, improving efficiency, decision-making, and project tracking. The main goal is business sustainability, ensuring the company maintains high standards while continuing to grow. By adapting to market changes and improving operations, the ERP system will help maintain productivity and quality.

The CEO’s approach to project management is characterized by precision, efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Drawing from his military background, he ensures that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of craftsmanship. His management style emphasizes collaboration and meticulous attention to detail, which empowers ARCHILINES to consistently deliver exceptional results.
